Prohibited Items
Bringing weapons, explosives, toxic substances, flammable, or combustible materials into the Hotel is strictly prohibited.

Illegal Activities
Gambling, use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on Hotel premises. Any violation will be handled in accordance with Vietnamese law.

Trading, storing, or consuming wildlife or wildlife products is strictly prohibited within the Hotel.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in guest rooms or in air-conditioned public areas of the Hotel.

Room Security
Please ensure that room doors and balcony doors are locked and all electrical appliances are turned off when leaving the room. Lost or stolen key cards must be reported to the Reception immediately.

For security reasons, non-registered guests are not permitted to enter guest rooms.

Pets and other animals are not allowed. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the Hotel.

Strong-Smelling Food
Guests are kindly requested not to bring strong-smelling foods (such as durian, jackfruit, fermented sauces, etc.) into the Hotel.
